This volume contains different practices but share one purpose: to teach teachers how to develop their own academic excellence so they can imagine transformation. Teachers who are able to foster academic excellence in all students have engaged in years of practice with the focus on student excellence. This collection adds to the literature on the social construction and complexity of teaching and teacher education. A must read
