Leopold Classic Library is delighted to publish this classic book as part of our extensive collection. As part of our on-going commitment to delivering value to the reader, we have also provided you with a link to a website, where you may download a digital version of this work for free. Many of the books in our collection have been out of print for decades, and therefore have not been accessible to the general public. Whilst the books in this collection have not been hand curated, an aim of our publishing program is to facilitate rapid access to this vast reservoir of literature. As a result of this book being first published many decades ago, it may have occasional imperfections. These imperfections may include poor picture quality, blurred or missing text. While some of these imperfections may have appeared in the original work, others may have resulted from the scanning process that has been applied. However, our view is that this is a significant literary work, which deserves to be brought back into print after many decades. While some publishers have applied optical character recognition (OCR), this approach has its own drawbacks, which include formatting errors, misspelt words, or the presence of inappropriate characters. Our philosophy has been guided by a desire to provide the reader with an experience that is as close as possible to ownership of the original work. We hope that you will enjoy this wonderful classic book, and that the occasional imperfection that it might contain will not detract from the experience.

By Erin Fladmo With badly written books appearing almost every day, it is such a relief to study good advice on how to write well! This book of literary advice comes from an earlier period in letters, but it deserves to be studied and applied today! The author details how logic and emotion go into certain works, either separately or together. Likewise, he stresses important truths on style and its development. All aspiring writers should add this book to their grammars and dictionaries! Best of all, it's free!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Fascinating new theories re: Arthur and the Grail By Jeri L. Studebaker, author of *Breaking the Mother Goose Code* and *Switching to Goddess* Who exactly was King Arthur? And the grail – that magical, perpetually sought-after phenomenon that graces the stories about the legendary King – what exactly was it? An actual object? Or only a symbol? A cup or chalice as the Christians maintained?Or, could it have been something entirely different altogether?I need to begin this review by saying that the author possesses an incredible amount of detailed information about the legends and history of ancient Britain, especially those relating to Arthur. All this information comes from original Medieval sources like Perceval le Conte du Graal, Lugh Long-Hand, Aneirin’s poem Y Goddoddin, the legend of Culhwch and Olwen, Preiddeu Annwn, the romance of Peredur fab Efrog and countless other ancient sources that Stirling seems totally and comfortably familiar with. Many of the names of people, places, and written works are presented in the original Gaelic, and then translated into modern English for the Gaelic-impaired among us.One of the things I found fascinating about the book was the way the author draws connections between the Arthurian legends, shamanism, and modern science (brain functioning, the anthropology of child rearing, the physics of matter and energy, etc.). For example, at one point in the book he talks about magic -- one major and pervasive aspect of the Arthurian legends -- in connection with shamanism and the latest scientific information about the brain. One important aim of magic is the union of opposites, says Stirling, which “is often represented as a ‘sacred marriage’ (hieros gamos) in which the male/female elements combine to form a new wholeness. In such a state there is no inner and outer, no subject and object, no self or other. All things become one. “Likewise, a union of the opposite sides of our brains, a harmonious fusion of the left, or Logos side, with the right, or Eros side, is an ideal psychological state. And to enter into the shamanic trance, shamans too depend on a harmonious union of the two hemispheres of the brain, relying on drugs, repetitive drumming, or some other repetitive stimulus to lull the left side of the brain into a relaxed state, which allows Logos to combine with Eros, and which in turn allows the shaman to enter an altered state of consciousness.Unfortunately, when Christianity takes over (as it did after the death of Arthur), it damns the Eros/feminine, and allows only the Logos/masculine to enjoy the light of day. This suppression of the feminine has wreaked havoc in Christian-occupied territories. With properly balanced brains we see time and nature in healthy ways, but, says Stirling, when the Logos/left brain hemisphere began to dominate, time became our enemy. Instead of involving a cyclical interplay of past and present, time morphs into a straight line, “the arrow of ‘now’ moving ever further away from ‘then’.” This makes us focus too heavily on ageing and death and lose sight of our place in the natural world, since the Logos-dominated brain tells us that nature is only something to be conquered and controlled.Contrary to current thinking Stirling maintains that the historical Arthur lived not in the south of England at the beginning of the 6th century -- a notion popularized by Geoffrey of Monmouth -- but in Scotland, and at the end of the 6th century. He provides a plethora of evidence to back up his claim, not only from original Medieval literary sources but also from linguistic and place-name analysis as well. Nevertheless, this was a bit of adisappointment for me, since many years ago I spent an entire happy day tramping over Cornwall and climbing the 200 or so steps rising up to the ruins of Tintagel Castle, which I was assured was the place King Arthur was born.Stirling connects Arthur and his knights to Mithraism, suggesting that they might have belonged to a cult similar to the ancient Roman pagan one, sharing similar initiation rituals and totemic animals. He provides his own unique interpretations for all the various aspects of the Arthurian legends: for Guinevere, Mordred, Merlin, Kay, the 24 knights of the round table, Camelot – all of which he places in Scotland.Although the grail is assumed by most to be an object – typically a chalice, cauldron or cup – Stirling says it was not an object or even a symbol, but an “ordeal.” The grail ordeal was used to initiate poets and warriors. Poets gained inspiration from it, and warriors were reborn from it. This ritual involved drinking from a poisonous brew concocted in a “wisdomgranting” cauldron. Only the very brave possessed enough courage to drink this concoction, which bestowed magic powers on imbibers, yes, but could also kill you, and which had to be drained from the body through puncture wounds produced by jabbing a spear into the initiate’s knee or thigh.“What we think of as an object, the Saint Graal or ‘Holy Grail’, was in fact an ordeal which was both appealing and appalling. It was a ‘dreadful longing’ – sant grathail: the ‘terrible desire’ to drink the mead” served in a cauldron and made of hemlock and other substances, possibly from the hallucinogenic bog myrtle. Drinking it was dangerous, but if you came away from it alive you gained second sight and an end to your fear of death. The grail involved four elements: the cauldron, the spear, and a sword and a stone. I found it fascinating that these remain with us even today -- in our Tarot and playing cards (Grail: Sword Spear Cauldron Stone. Tarot: Swords Wands Cups Coins. Cards: Spades Clubs Hearts Diamonds)When Arthur died, says Stirling, both the grail and the old, healthy British way of life died with him. Arthur’s death and the rise of Christianity brought on “the Waste Land.” Stirling makes sense of history and society by dividing them into three stages, or types of sociocultural systems: the Divine Age, the Heroic Age, and the Human Age. Arthur’s death plunged Britain into the barbaric Heroic Age, and although we finally climbed out of the Heroic Age centuries ago, we are now re-entering it, with its hierarchical power systems damaging us all.Reading this book was a grand adventure. I felt as if I’d traveled back into the wild and mysterious days of the late 500s AD, after the “civilized” Romans had left Britain and the Picts, Scots, Angles, Saxons, Pagans and Christians were all wrangling amongst themselves to see who would take charge of the land. These were intoxicating times full of great magic, and Stirling makes them come alive.Stirling ends his book on a positive note: “It may be that we cannot halt the slide into chaos as the new Heroic age undermines science and overthrows democracy. Perhaps we are not meant to.... [O]ut of the wreckage, a new Divine age will dawn. We will rediscover how to raise our children without hatred and greet death as a beginning....”

Can't believe the 2016 edition contains a two page illustrated spread on the old Whitney location - the museum moved in April and this guide now sends hapless tourists on a three hour detour from the folk art they crave. South Street Seaport reopened in 2012. No mention of 1WTC / Freedom Tower. Also, the claim that no traders committed suicide following the 1929 crash is false - we don't need to whitewash economic history here in the big apple! Is the editor asleep at the wheel, or just in need of a new job (outside publishing)? I'm sure I could find more errors and omissions if I kept reading, but had to put this stinker down out of frustration.

Nothing on the new Whitney museum or Freedom Tower! I did not want the "2014" perspective. Went back to the Frommer's 2015 Easy Guide. Still loved New York tho!

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Very comprehensive travel guide By DLN Whenever I travel, I check if DK has a travel guide for the location and I have never been disappointed by it. This one of New York is great as well. I like that it shows you so many details, such as the street views and the floor plans of museums, which makes it much easier to find your way around New York. We also used the city map quite often that is included in the back of the book. This guide gives you interesting background information about the city.Previous reviewers commented that it has no information on certain attractions but I did not find that to be true. You just have to look up the attractions under their full names, e.g. American Folk Art Museum instead of just Folk Art Museum. And you have to know that the Freedom Tower is now officially called the One World Trade Center. Then you will also be able to find it in the book. The only negative thing about this travel guide is its size. It is the biggest one in the series of DK travel guides that I have bought and twice as big as the one of Philadelphia. So, if you are out and about in NYC, it can get a little heavy. But on the other hand, NY is a big city and this travel guide really covers all the different areas.

I just didn't like the main character's tone of voice. She messed up the oldest country joke in the world, for one thing, and the folksy narrative didn't set the story up in a way that seemed appealing. To sum it up, the protagonist didn't seem like someone I wanted to know more about.... she sounded like someone I wanted to avoid, so I did.

Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson used to tell a story about how Jews interact with the Law of the Talmud that goes something like this: There were three rabbis arguing about the meaning of a point in the Torah--two for one interpretation, and one for the other. G-d overheard the argument, appeared to the three rabbis and said: “Actually, the one man here has the correct interpretation.” At which point all three sighed and said, “Well, now it’s tied. Let’s go find Rabbi Osterman to get a fifth vote.” D. A. Osterman is not the Rabbi Osterman that the Rebbe referred to. However he has written a thoroughly researched discussion about Mashiach. His book is designed to shed some light on questions concerning the Jewish Messiah that have been posed by rabbi, Jewish scholars and just ordinary people for centuries and in some cases, Millennium. His background in research certainly comes through in his debut inspirational book, Mashiach. His hope is that you will find Mashiach to be a unique book that will leave you with a desire to search for further details about Mashiach.

I came away with great insights about the Jewish Messiah, Mashiach. This book is great for the Jew and Gentile alike and is very timely given the current situation of the world. I do hope and pray for the peace of Israel. May all who read this book feel blessed, as I did, with the knowledge about how great our God is and how very much He loves us all!Wanda LuthmanChildren's AuthorThe Lilac Princess

By Walt The author has done an excellent job in navigating a clear pathway from tradition to Truth. This is not a book for those wanting to be entertained, rather for those desiring to be educated in the progressive realization of Truth, stemming from the core of Judaism to the core doctrine of Christianity.

0 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Nice job! Great read By Amazon Customer The first 11 chapters I found fascinating. Current events and Old Testament prophecies are practical evidence for the follower of Judaism. Drew provided a logical, Scripture based case for Christ in Chapters 12 and following. Using apologetic arguments of how Jesus fulfilled Old Testament prophecy and refuting the stolen body theories of the resurrected Christ are compelling truths for the Jew to believe in Jesus as the Meshiach. Nice job! Great read!Dr. Wayne MooreSenior PastorFirst Baptist of Malabar

Now, having reached Arsyllfa she is re-united with the Mordeyrn Aurddolen with whom, together with the other senior metal bearers that make up the Council of Gwlad, she must plan the defence of the Land. The time of the next Conjunction will soon be at hand. The planets, the Sun and the Moon will all be together in the sky. At that point the protection of the heavenly bodies will be at its weakest and Gwlad will be more dependent than ever on September. But now it seems that she must defeat Malice, the guiding force behind the Malevolence, if she is to save the Land and all its people. Will she be strong enough; and, if not, to whom can she turn for help? The Power of Seven is the second volume in the thrilling fantasy series, Evil Above the Stars, by Peter R. Ellis, that appeals to readers, of all ages, of fantasy or science fiction, especially fans of JRR Tolkien and Stephen Donaldson. If old theories are correct until a new idea comes along, does the universe change with our perception of it? Were the ideas embodied in alchemy ever right? What realities were the basis of Celtic mythology?

The Power of Seven (Evil Above the Stars Book 2), by Peter R. Ellis

About the Author Peter would like to say he's been a writer all his life but it is only since retiring as a teacher in 2010 that he has been able to devote enough time to writing to call it a career. Brought up in Cardiff, he studied Chemical Physics at the University of Kent at Canterbury, then taught chemistry (and a bit of physics) in Norwich, the Isle of Wight and Thames Valley. His first experience of publishing was in writing educational materials which he has continued to do since retiring. Of his fictional writing, Seventh Child was his first published speculative fiction novel, The Power of Seven is his second. Peter has been a fan of science fiction and fantasy since he was young, has an (almost) complete collection of classic SF by Asimov, Ballard, Clarke, Heinlein and Niven, among others, while also enjoying fantasy by Tolkien, Donaldson and Ursula Le Guin. Of more recent authors Iain M Banks, Alastair Reynolds and China Mieville have his greatest respect. His Welsh upbringing also engendered a love of the language (even though he can't speak it) and of Welsh mythology like the Mabinogion. All these strands come together in the Evil Above the Stars series. He lives in Herefordshire with his wife, Alison, who is a great supporter.

Ellis' The Power of Seven is the second novel in the Evil Above the Stars fantasy series. It continues and deepens the story that started in Seventh Child in an interesting way and transports the reader into another world that is reminiscent of yet different from our world. The Power of Seven is basically a young adult fantasy novel, but it's good entertainment for readers of all ages, because it contains several elements of Celtic mythology, cosmology and alchemy. There's something for everybody in this entertaining novel. It will appeal to and captivate young and older readers alike. The Power of Seven has a good dash of originality, which is very nice, because young adult fantasy novels often tend to be more or less formulaic and predictable without any kind of originality. I have to mention that at this moment I don't recall reading or seeing any other new fantasy novels that have Celtic elements, cosmology and alchemy in them, so this novel is original and unique in that regard. Now that I've read The Power of Seven and its predecessor, Seventh Child, I can say that they're fascinating novels. Both of them were pleasant surprises for me, because it was interesting to read about the different elements and what happened to September. The story unfolds in a rewarding and entertaining way in these novels, because the author gradually adds more depth to the story (this second novel in particular brings depth to the story). Here's information about the story:- In the previous novel September arrived in Gwland, the Land, and found out that people hailed her as the Cludydd o Maengolauseren, the bearer of the starstone, with the power to defend the Land against the evil known as the Malevolence. She had to travel to Arsyllfa to be united with the Mordeyrn Aurddolen.- When this novel begins, September has arrived in Arsyllfa and is united with the Mordeyrn Aurddolen. The Mordeyrn is worried about the Malevolence acquiring intelligence and having more purpose in its attacks, because the Malevolence has grown more powerful surprisingly quickly. September meets the bearers of the metals, the Council of Gwlad...- The Conjuction of the planets is going to take place soon. When it takes place on the day of the winter solstice, the Land will be at its most vulnerable to the Malevolence. September and the others must be ready for it, and September has to face Malice, her dead twin. It'll be the greatest challenge September has ever had to face...September Weekes is an interesting teenaged protagonist. She's a well-created character who has to deal with many problems. As she tries to face her problems, she also tries to be a courageous grown-up woman, although she's just a teenager. In this novel September learns many new things and figures out what she must do to learn to control her powers. It was interesting to read about what happened to September when she locked herself in her room alone with the starstone and traveled to space.I'm not sure if all readers will agree with me on this, but in my opinion September was a bit similar kind of heroine as the heroines in Christopher Nuttall's fantasy novels. There was something in September that slightly reminded me of the courageous heroines in Nuttall's novels.Malice is an especially interesting being, because she represents the Malevolence and is September's dead and dangerous twin. Malice is everything that September isn't, because she considers the Malevolence to be her mother as it gave her succour and knowledge and she shall repay it by ensuring its victory over September and the people of the Land. She has her own personality and she seems to have influence over the Malevolence and she's able to direct its fury.In my opinion Peter R. Ellis concentrated nicely on writing about what happens between September and Malice. I enjoyed reading about the speculation about Malice's existence and what she could do, because people were a bit confused and worried about her existence (nothing like that had ever occurred before). The Cemegwr, the mysterious creators of the universe, are also mentioned in this novel, but I'm not going to write more about them. All I'll mention is that readers will most likely be very thrilled to read about things related to them and the universe and its existence, because the author writes well about them.I enjoyed reading about Arsyllfa, because it was a fortress that had been designed to be an impregnable fortress against the powers of evil. There was an observatory at Arsyllfa and people used it to observe and record movement of the planets and the stars. It's great that Peter R. Ellis writes about things related to the evil in a slightly different way than other authors. Although he writes about the evil and what it does, his approach to it is fascinatingly different, because the evil comes to the people of the Land from beyond the sphere of stars. If there are readers out there who think that this is an element taken from Lovecraftian weird fiction and cosmic horror, I can mention that there's nothing even remotely Lovecraftian in this fantasy novel, because this novel is a Celtically inspired novel. It was nice that the terrifying deeds of Malice and the Malevolence weren't sugarcoated in any way. People died because of evil and nobody was safe from the evil's corruptive powers. This added a nice touch of realism to the story, because it was impossible to save everybody. One of the most interesting aspects about this novel is that the author has added science fiction elements to the story. This seldom happens in this kind of fiction, so I thought it was charming that he had courage to add a bit of science fiction to the story to make it different. The second part of this novel is especially interesting, because Peter R. Ellis has added an unexpected twist to the story. I was satisfied with this unexpected twist, because it worked well. I won't reveal any spoilers about this twist, but I'll mention that this twist is partly tied to Cludydd o Maengolauseren. There was something charmingly old-fashioned about this novel and the way the author wrote about the protagonist that I found compelling. When I read this novel I thought to myself that the author has clearly been inspired by classic works of speculative fiction and has created his own vision of battle between the powers of good and evil.I think it's good to mention that this novel contains two short synopses of the happenings that took place in parts 1 and 2 in the first novel. They're useful to readers who want to remind themselves of the previous happenings. This novel also contains a pronunciation guide to the old tongue used by people of the Land (the old tongue is derived from Celtic languages such as Welsh) and a useful glossary.I give this novel strong four stars on the scale from one to five stars, because it differed nicely from other new fantasy novels. I found it fascinating that the author had managed to combine different elements in a fluent way, because it's difficult to combine Celtic elements with young adult fantasy, adult elements, alchemy, cosmology and science in a successful way. Somehow the author has managed to combine all of these elements and he has done it well.I look forward to reading the next novel, Unity of Seven. It'll be interesting to find out what happens to September in Unity of Seven, because certain things were left unexplained at the end of this novel.Peter R. Ellis' The Power of Seven is something different when compared to many other new fantasy novels. I'm sure that many readers will find it fascinating that the author has managed to write a Celtically inspired fantasy novel with alchemy and cosmology. If you enjoyed reading the author's previous novel, Seventh Child, you'll enjoy reading this novel too, because it's a well written sequel and offers more entertainment to the readers. An intriguing Celtically inspired fantasy novel for readers of all ages!

College drop-out Roxy Cumberland moved to New York with dreams of becoming an actress, but her dwindling bank account is quickly putting the kibosh on that fantasy. To make some quick cash, she signs up to perform singing telegrams. Her first customer is a gorgeous, cocky Manhattan trust-funder if she ever laid eyes on one. And what could be more humiliating than singing an ode to his junk, courtesy of his last one night stand? Maybe the fact that she's dressed in a giant pink bunny costume…

After a night out to celebrate winning his last case, lawyer Louis McNally the Second isn't prepared for the pounding in his head or the rabbit serenading him from the front door. But the sassy wit and sexy voice of the girl behind the mask intrigue him, and one look at her stunning face—followed by a mind-blowing kiss against his doorjamb—leaves Louis wanting more.

Roxy doesn't need a spoiled rich boy who's had everything in life handed to him on a Tiffany platter. But there's more to Louis than his sexy surface and he's determined to make Roxy see it...even if it means chasing her all over NYC.

Chase Me: A Broke and Beautiful Novel, by Tessa Bailey

Review “CHASE ME is funny, sexy and real. Tessa Bailey has fast become one of my favorite authors!” (Monica Murphy, New York Times bestselling author)“CHASE ME is the most fun read I’ve had in a long time! Hilarious, sexy, and absolutely addicting! I loved every character, and I’m dying to see what Tessa Bailey comes up with next!” (Cora Carmack, New York Times bestselling author)“Bailey launches the Broke and Beautiful contemporary series with the gripping story of an independent woman and a generous man. [...] Honest emotions and real passion lead to [...] sex scenes that never feel gratuitous. Readers will appreciate these highly sympathetic leads and their powerful story of mutual self-discovery.” (Publishers Weekly)“a laugh-out-loud raunchy romantic comedy.” (Heroes & Heartbreakers)“This first outing in the Broke and Beautiful series is simply wonderful. With super hot love scenes and a generous dose of humor, Chase Me is — like sexy hero Louis McNally the Second — utterly irresistible.” (RT Book Reviews 4 1/2 Stars (top pick and Winner of March Seal of Excellence Award))“I can’t remember the last time I read a romance as funny as this one. Roxy is one of the most hardworking heroine’s in contemporary romance and she’s so incredibly dedicated to making ends meet. The book, for me, truly embodies what modern romance is all about. ” (BookRiot (Best Books of March 2015))“Louis and Roxy are a terrific match from the start. But Bailey is a master at portraying a heroine with a complex core, and Roxy’s proud character carries the novel— making readers wish she was their roommate, empty bank account be damned.” (Washington Post (April's Best Romance Column))

By Jen | Jenuine Cupcakes Chase Me is an entertaining blend of humor, romance and heart, and I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard (or so often) while reading a book! The out-of-college setting was a breath of fresh air, especially since not every person goes to--stays in--or even finishes college.Favorite Character: This was a close tie between the two MCs. On one hand we have Roxy, who is smart, tough-as-nails, driven and LIKEABLE (a rare combination). She isn't afraid to tell you exactly like it is in as colorful way possible but I can respect her honesty. I would totally be friends with her, you know, assuming she let me. And then there is Mr. Louis McNally the Second. The #LouisEffect is real, my friends.Seriously though, this guy is 9 kinds of awesome! He's confident, but not controlling, charming but not smug, and he genuinely cares for the people around him. Those "approachable abs" of his don't hurt either. ;)He pursues Roxy in the sweetest ways. He also calls her out on her sh---stuff refusing to let her get in her own way. And when things get tough, he fights for her heart. Does he make mistakes? Sure. Who doesn't. But it's hard to fault him for longer than it takes to inhale NYC's best falafel because his mistakes aren't a result of his selfishness or immaturity.Roxy and Louis were adult enough to recognize when they were being stupid and were willing to at least try to rectify it, another thing I loved about this story. Not to mention the supporting cast of characters, all of whom were pretty great too. I *think* we get a glimpse of whose story is up next, which, if I'm right, is guaranteed to be as much fun as this one!Favorite Quote(s):"Would she take back the invitation if he did the running man?""--- family might be bat sh*t crazy, but they supported one another. In their own annoying, often long-distance way."“You can’t just come here and yell at her like this. You didn’t even call ahead, like decent people."Final Verdict: Read it. It's a FUNTASTIC start to a new series and I'm excited to see where Tessa Bailey takes it next!

Roxy meets Louis and it's insta-love. The plot is superficial, the characters are 2 dimensional and the intended humor falls flat. Roxy is extremely insecure and thus causes all of the conflict. I needed more development of the reasons for her insecurity-rather than feeling her pain she just annoyed me. I did like Louis but again the character needed more depth. The secondary characters are silly instead of funny. I don't think romantic comedy is Bailey's forte.

11 of 14 people found the following review helpful. Enjoyed the flirtatious banter, but struggled to feel the connection between the characters. By Jessica Leigh (Lovin' Los Libros) Chase Me was a fun, sexy read with an even sexier dirty talking male who comes in the form of a do-good lawyer by the name of Louis McNally II. I really enjoyed his flirtatious banter with Roxy, but I really struggled to feel a connection between them. I think a lot of this is due to Roxy's stubborn personality and the way she comes across. It was hard to warm up to her and I don't think I ever really did. I felt sympathy for her, as her situation sucks. I understand her love for acting, as I once wanted to pursue that career myself. There is something so unexplainable about stepping into another role. You completely let who you are go and transform into someone else. It's exhilarating and it's something Roxy desperately wants. She doesn't want to feel like a failure and she certainly doesn't want to be barely making it for the rest of her life.I loved Louis. He was a genuine good guy who loves doing pro-bono work for clients. I thought that was adorable, as too many lawyers are only in it for the money, so it was nice to see that he cared for them and wanted to help. He is pretty floored when Roxy first shows up on his doorstep in a bunny outfit to present him with a singing telegram about his... man parts. LOL. He is attracted to her instantly and she shocks the heck out of him when she gives him the hottest kiss of his life in the doorway. He's pretty much a goner from there, desperate to track her down and get to know her. Man, he is one persistent guy too. I liked that about him though. He is willing to play the game and chase her a bit, but he knows when to lay off and make her come to him. He is one sexy talker though, and I do love that about Tessa's men.Overall, I wish I enjoyed this one a bit more. I am a very character driven reader, so if I can't connect to my characters or become invested in their romance, it's hard to enjoy the story for what it is. I am curious to find out more about Honey, Abby, Russell, and Ben though, so I think I will give the second book Need Me a try when it comes out.

For Clinical Microbiology students By Mahesh Chandrasekhar If you are looking for a good book to keep everything straight for your clinical micro classes, it's a good kindle to pick up. It doesn't hurt that you can use it to pre-read for micro labs on your phone (especially when people pimp you with questions). Overall, a useful review of medical microbiology.
