About the Author Angèle Sancho Passe, MA, is an early childhood education consultant, writer, and speaker. Her work focuses on early literacy, kindergarten readiness, and family involvement. She believes in supporting teachers and education leaders so they do their best work with children. Angèle holds a bachelor's degree in child psychology and family social science, a master's degree in family education, and a certificate in organization development from the University of Minnesota. She is the 2012 recipient of the Evelyn House award for outstanding contribution to the field of early childhood education in Minnesota. She has served on the Governing Board of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Riddle Angele does a wonderful job providing not only theory and knowledge around supporting teachers but also providing strategies that can be easily implemented. This book is an essential tool to transforming work environments into inclusive spaces where teachers are eager to continue their work with children. It's a must read and has informed my growth as an ECE professional.
