Guy is able to advocate for the youth by challenging educators to elevate in order to fill the void. In his reading the acronym T.E.A.C.H.E.R is dissected to its simplest form so that it may encourage one to overcome the many complexities the position presents. This tease is just enough to keep the reader wanting more...keep writing!

I did an autopsy on each acronym I asked my self did I do any of these things when I served at Grass Roots,BSU,BCD,or talked to young people at Nishuane Park,Rand school playground & parking lot & homeless & prison ministry,preaching & teaching.Your book convinced me & convicted me and will make me continue to honor my commitment to God to be a teacher.Your book confirmed and outlined the structure of the key elements of successfully fufiling ones directives & goal of being a teacher.Your book is a tremendous burst of enlightment.I thank God for putting us into our lives.Your brother in Chirst Jesus. This little book is absolutely power-packed with exceptional wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. An easy read (to say the least), ...WORD TO THE WISE...should be required reading for ANYONE who is ever made responsible for the learning of others. Not just Teachers - but Trainers, Coaches, Counselors, Ministers, and even parents, among many others. Five stars for an extended version (hint...hint to Mr. Whitlock). Highly recommended - this book is simply brilliant.
