It’s easy to read with excellent and concrete examples By Therese Jonsson This is a well written book that fits both young people and people who are in a need of career change and doesn’t know how to move forward.It’s easy to read with excellent and concrete examples, that are easy to understand and gives food for thought. The book has it’s focus in what’s right for you how it’s essential to explore and then plan for what you want. And what I love most about the book, it has you to contemplate risk and reward (for example with entrepreneurship and a paycheck job) and that I haven’t seen before in career books. It’s really refreshing and in my own eyes, very true! The author has taken great stuff from his own life and from people who we recognize in order to show how a career path can look. Do the stuff in the book and you will be much clearer on the direction you want to go in.

Cracking the Career Code is a fantastic tool for anyone questioning their current or future career options. Written in an easily digestible way, Tom Henricksen thoughtfully lays out the simplicity and often overlooked must, of changing ones thoughts toward the future one wants to create for themselves, and then guides the reader on how to take actionable steps to implement those plans.This book asks some great questions of the reader to help them clarify their vision and provides many insights into what is possible and how to look for opportunities everywhere. I wish that this book had been available when I was in high school!
