About the Author I am Valarie DeShazier born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. I was raised by a single mom with four brothers. Graduated from Leon High School in 1993. Went to the Army in 1996 and got out in 2003. I received my business degree at Iverson Business School in Atlanta, Georgia. I always loved to write short stories and poems. My dream is to one day write a movie. I am single and looking for that right person to come into my life. I immediately followed up and read the second edition as well! I love how Domino deals with her infidelities. At first I couldn't stand her, and then I started to love her. I was happy that she got her mental together! If your looking for a great urban lesfic, this is it!

My favorite character was Mike. I thought this was a stand alone novel until I saw that there was a part 2. I'm hoping part 2 will have that umph I'm looking for. Overall it was a interesting read.
