By Victoria DeBono Trust, #2 in A Twisted Wolf Tale by Rene FolsomBeauty and the Beast is a classic and Rene's version is spectacular. How she twists my childhood fantasies into adult ones full of lust and reality. This story was amazing, the way Beau sees woman and respects them no matter how shallow they are and for wanting him just for his looks. He is such a wonderful man and an even greater son. When Beau is forced to enter the deep forrest to find his father, he is faced with a decision he needs to honour to save his father. The Beast in all her anger and growling was fierce and dangerous but Beau seen something in her eyes. I love this series, #1Tempt Red Riding story was fantastic. I look forward to reading Rene's #3 Trapt a Snow White story.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. TRUST me, 5 stars for this twist! By WP Once again Rene tells us one of our favorite childhood stories but she does it with an adult twist, love it! Trust is Beauty and The Beast, hot and steamy! Once I started reading, I did not stop until the end and then I was sad it was over. Beau has always been good looking but wanted a woman who he could love not because of looks but because of the person that she was on the inside! He is looking for his dad when he is "captured" by Karoline. He lives with her for days and falls in love with her. She doesn't believe him but soon learns that he does. His dad shows up with 3 other people to take his son home. Does his dad get his son away? Will Beau want to go since his ex is with his dad? Does Karoline fight for Beau? What happens in that mansion deep in the woods? Does the Beauty or the Beast win? Such an amazing book! I highly recommend this to everyone! Rene is awesome! Tempt, first book in this series is also great it is the adult twist of Little Red Riding Hood.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Wonderful twist By Kim Beau goes out to find his missing dad and finds a whole lot more. Trust was a pleasant change of pace where it’s not the girl who goes out into the woods. Beau is an intelligent guy that knows there’s more to a gal than her looks. When he is pounced upon by Karoline in the woods, he recognizes the beauty in her and isn’t afraid. There was also an enjoyable twist of Beauty and the Beast in the story. Karoline has the soul of old one and the attitude of a surly teen – loved it. Beau and Karoline’s story is one not to be missed.
