2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. I would recommend just finding different kinds of practice tests and questions ... By BC I bought this guide to study for the OAT. I tried reading through it but it doesn't really have much organization or structure. It tends to jump from one random topic to another and only covers a specific part of it rather than the basics. That being said, I actually found the related online videos to be very helpful, but you don't need to buy this guide to access the videos, just find them on youtube or go to their website. After taking the OAT, I would recommend just finding different kinds of practice tests and questions online and using those to study since those helped me out a lot more than any of the study guides I purchased.

These Are an Excellent Tool to Study From By Jason Michelli This guide is great for those who need a general overview of the material covered in this admissions exam. It provides a very comprehensive source to study from, and it explains the information in such a way that you can retain the information; which means you will do better on the test.The practice test is an excellent way to review, and it will help you gauge what you’re weakest in, so that you can allocate enough study time to the areas where it is most-needed. The answers are well explained and in-depth. This guide also comes with test-taking advice, which could help those who aren’t very good at taking tests. You can learn what the pitfalls or “trick” questions that will be put on a test look like and how to avoid being tripped up by them, which is valuable, because once you lose your confidence, it is all downhill from there. You will learn how to overcome the anxiety that often comes with taking an exam and how to better utilize your time when studying.

It also includes a practice test, which line up with the study material and the test itself. This is an opportunity to study material that you will see on the test.
