Here you will learn how yoga will help you to BECOME more flexible.Did you believe that yoga must be part of an Eastern religion? Here you will discover how yoga can enhance your own beliefs as YOU direct any meditation YOU choose--including anger or time management.Did you think that you must enroll in an expensive class? Not so, but a class may be useful at the beginning. (Perhaps your local Community Acupuncture location also has a yoga instructor, these businesses offer services on a self-determined sliding scale.) There are also videos and YouTube to continue your practice.Did you think that you are too injured or otherwise health challenged to consider yoga? Think again.Several basic exercises are included, most of which should be easily accomplished.Kathy Poelker narrated this book with skill, clear voice, and mildly understated enthusiasm.

I'm sorry this is like a few page report By sld I don't want to put down any yogi who writers a book, however this is like a report I'd write for work on the subject. It's only a few pages long, no photos, and all information could be read easily online.It's full of grammar and spelling errors.Just not good. I'm sorry to the author. It should not be listed as a book.
