0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Basic Guide By Tracy Ward Principal Coach I read this as a Principal looking for useful materials for our CPD toolkit at the Twickenham Academy . I love to read about leadership and teaching and like to support staff development strongly. This would be useful as a small guide perhaps for those new to teaching, it doesn't offer a deep understanding of the component parts and the skills required to develop consistently good to outstanding lessons. It is as it says a quick reference type pocket guide. It is something that is a good tick list piece of note reading. It hasn't offered me new thinking but did make me think it would be useful on the NQT shelf of a CPD library, or as a reminder to freshen up reflective practice.I enjoyed flicking through it one afternoon over a coffee. It wont offer change in practice but could signpost expectations.
